Mash at 125F 20', 155F 80'.
2 oz northern brewer 60'
Wyeast Cask ale yeast
7 oz corn sugar to prime
primary 7 days at 70F
secondary 14 days at 65
1 oz french oak chips in secondary for 2 days
2 oz lactose at bottling
OG 1.042
FG 1.014

Festival where it went on to compete at the best
of fest.
