1/4 lb Ger. Crystal
1/4 lb Spec. Roast
1 lb Pale
Mash 1 hr at 155F
4 oz Chinook (11.1%) 60'
1 oz Cascade (6.6%) 5'
OG 1.111 FG 1.050 Wyeast American Ale
