10 oz British Crystal (~70L)
Pale malt for an OG of 48.
Soft water adjusted to pH 5.0 with NaOH
45 minutes:
2 oz Cascade (5.5%)
10 minutes:
.5 oz Cascade (5.5%)
.3 oz N. Brewer (8%)
.75 oz Fuggles (3.1%)
Dry:
.3 oz Cascade (5.5%)
.3 oz Fuggles (3.1%)
