- 7:00 – 7:30 – Brewers Corner – People can request to have their beer tasted by everyone as a group with comments and questions. The first four people that ‘volunteer’ will have their beers reviewed by the club..

“Women of WoW” summer meetings
Toni set up a Meetup; there are 30+ women interested
Fibber McGee’s is being supportive and has set aside a good space for the meetup, which is very cool

- dWiGhT brought a large jug of excellent sake, a pastuerized version of one he has brought before
- The husk of the rice provides color; more polish, less color
- Sequoia Sake is the local sake brewer in south SF; there is interest in having a club event there
- They are doing an EventBrite thing that dWiGhT sent around in another email
- Birth of Sake is on Netflix and is really good, say dWiGhT and Kurt
- Sweater Guy was not wearing a sweater, wtf
- RO water is important
- 3 historical types of sake revolve around 3 different types of water
- Sake ferments big, double your bucket size or more over your batch size
- Slides to be added to website; great presentation!

By next meeting I will prepare articles of incorporation and get our California and Federal tax ID numbers
We’ll be a 501(c)(7) social club

Before next meeting I will prepare a spreadsheet with tasks that need to get done
Goal is to get nonprofit status and set up PayPal account by end of calendar year 2017
